So I just stumbled across a fitness site. Now I know that 90% of the fitness stuff on the internet is complete sales pitch crap that is only getting you to fail, but this is not selling anything except a free challenge.
It is called 30dayfitnesschallenges.com and I just tried day one of the first challenge that I saw.
It only took 30 seconds and my abs were shaking from the exercise. If you are considering starting a fitness program, this could be the easiest first step that anyone has ever taken.
So do it now. You will feel better for actually having accomplished something worthwhile.
